Scotty Sanders has been leading organizations for thirty years; first as CEO for a multi-million dollar company and then an executive non-profit organization with over 150 employees and 7,000 members.
Scotty has been recognized as Louisiana Entrepreneur of the year, Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year, and noted in trade magazines for his success in the business world. He is also certified by Ritz Carlton on excellence in customer service.
Scotty is a sought after speaker who has traveled both nationally and internationally to a variety of venues—from Fortune 500 companies, school systems, hospitals, statewide organizations, large non-profits, and many churches. Scotty’s speaking is passionate, relevant, and challenging.
He is also an author who has written books, training materials and published articles. He and his wife Cindy live near Dallas, Texas.
Cindy Sanders is a writer, educator and children’s ministry consultant for Life Catalyst Consulting, a business dedicated to helping churches accelerate ministry and deliver results.
A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Cindy served as children’s minister for First Baptist Church West Monroe for 20 years.
Cindy has written articles for the International Network of Children’s Ministry and Church Executive Magazines as well as a collection of blogs on the Life Catalyst website.
Cindy has been married to her husband and Life Catalyst founder Scotty Sanders for more than 35 years, and is a proud mother of two and grandmother of four.
Mr. Lynam has spent his entire career in the field of visual design for marketing communications, with project experience ranging from multinational advertising campaigns to logo development and packaging design for some of America’s leading brands. Kevin is creative director for the entire Quest of the Keys brand, and along with his daughter Addy, also served as story consultant throughout the entire development of the book. Kevin and his college sweetheart Erinn have been married 25 years. The couple live in a small community near Dallas near their daughter Addy and son Yisrael.
Addy serves as a story consultant to the authors, and creative consultant to the marketing team, advising both from the perspective of the teenage / young-adult target market. Inspired by the process of writing Quest of the Keys, Addy will soon release her first children’s book and is working on her own fiction novel. Ms. Lynam has also penned several short stories and a growing body of poetry. She and her husband James reside in Lewisville, Texas with their faithful companion Willow.
